Our custom rig from Rogue is the foundation of our facility.
With over 6 squat stations and 15+ pull-up stations, our rig allows us to push any class size through a WOD efficiently and effectively.

- Custom uncoated speal bars throughout to protect against calluses and aid in the efficiency of more complex movements (Kipping pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, etc.)

- The highest quality competition grade bars available. We feature men's and women's specific bars to keep our athletes healthy and comfortable throughout their WOD. We also want our female athletes to be prepared to excel in any competition they may enter.
